Shipment:
Because all our paintings are painted by hand, the delivery time is approximately 4 weeks, unless stated otherwise with the painting.
Your painting will be well packed and sent insured via Post NL, Bpost, or GLS.
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. Shipping to another country in Europe is also possible, contact us in advance by mail: info@casarti.com
Returns:
If the painting does not fully meet your wishes, you have the right to exchange it within 14 days or to get your money back.
In case the painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days. Preferably by mail with photos of the damage.
We will then send you a new painting a.s.a.p.
